The Stone Age diet recommends people to follow a certain daily diet. This means that you are advised to avoid all processed foods and consume only the food that can be easily absorbed by your body. Recipe #1

The ingredients that are required for this Stone Age diet recipe are:
Unsweetened apple sauce – 1 ½ c
Chunky, raw almond butter – 4 spoons
Unsweetened coconut milk – 3 spoons
Cinnamon – to taste
A dash of freshly grated nutmeg

Preparation: In a small pan, combine all the ingredients over medium heat. Stir them constantly till all of them are combined thoroughly and are warmed through. You could add nuts or dried fruits for additional flavor and texture.

Recipe #2

The ingredients that are required for this Stone Age diet recipe are:
Eggs – 4
Sliced Avocado – ½
Silvered or sliced almonds – ½ c
Salsa – 4 spoons
Preparation: Over medium heat, heat up a non-stick skillet. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and pour them into the skillet. Lower the heat and cook for another 4 minutes. Before serving, top it up with avocado, almonds and salsa.

Recipe #3

The ingredients that are required for this Stone Age diet recipe are:
Dates – 4, pits removed
Walnuts – 1 c
Macadamia nuts – ½ c
Coconut oil – 2 spoons
Defrosted or fresh blueberries – ½ c
Unsweetened shredded coconut – ½ c
Preparation: In a food processor, whip the dates till they turn to a paste. Add the macadamia nuts and walnuts and blend till they are finely chopped. Drizzle in coconut oil, with the blade still running and stop the processor, as soon as the oil gets blended in. Into a bowl, scrape the batter and add ¼ c of coconut and blueberries. Make round balls with the batter and then roll the balls in balance shredded coconut. You could eat it this way or you could refrigerate it for having it later on.

Recipe #4

The ingredients that are required for this Stone Age diet recipe are:
Dark chocolate – 2 ounces
Coconut oil – 1 c
Coconut flakes – to taste
Slivered almonds – to taste
Sea salt – ½ tsp

Preparation: Fill a large pot with few inches of water and then on top, balance a smaller pot, so that it hovers just above the water. This is known as ‘bain marie’. Now bring the water to boil. Break the chocolate and melt it in the top small pot. Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and add the coconut oil. Stir it till it gets melted. Add the almonds and coconut. With parchment paper, line an 8 x 8 pan and pour the batter into it. On top, sprinkle the sea salt. Keep it in the freezer for about 15 minutes till it becomes solid and then chop it into squares.
