   I actually bought this set for my sister, since she had expressed a desire to cook with utensils that had no plastic in or on them.

   When I opened the box, the plastic wrapping had seen much better days, so I took everything out of the plastic wrap and rewrapped each utensil in tissue before wrapping it for christmas.

   All the pieces were well-made, with no easy splinters or places to hang a fingernail. My sister seemed pleased to receive them, so I’m sure they’re stirring up a storm in Texas.
