I have been using this set non-stop for over a month. I love it – it is the best non-stick surface I’ve ever used. I haven’t had any problem with carbon build-up, but then again, I don’t use non-stick cooking sprays – I use an oil spritzer. The difference between the two is that non-stick sprays contain soy lecithin which is totally fine and won’t harm you in the least, but it builds up on your cookware over time. As long as you avoid these, any non-stick cookware should last you for years, assuming you use wooden or silicone utensils. I love that they are oven safe because the handles are silicone instead of rubber.

I’ve had these pans for 4 months now. I got the Espresso color, and it’s great- pretty, not too girly but something different than usual. From the picture I thought it would be matte metallic, but it’s a really shiny, kind of glittery enamel-type coating on the outside. The difference is that is scratches really easily– I store my pots inside of each other, and an accidental scraping will take bits of it off!

I’ve babied these pans as much as possible, but with a roommate that’s not too used to cooking it’s been hard. They’ve come through the dishwasher fine. The inside does scratch fairly easily if you use metal utensils, and with the dark coating it does make a difference visually. It heats fast, and the non-stick was great at first, but now I think the time has come for the littlest frying pan.

Bottom line? Great if you have the resources to use proper utensils, store carefully, and can make sure everyone else who uses these does as well. I would also recommend going to a store to see the sizes of the pans in real life before ordering- the size in the picture can be misleading.
