– 2 1/3 cups of mashed overripe bananas – 2 cups of all-purpose flour – three tbs of honey – 1/2 cup of melted butter – two beaten eggs – 1 teaspoon of baking soda – a little salt
1. Before you begin start you oven and set it to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) so it will be hot and prepared any time you want it. You can also grease your banana bread pan.
