Literally thousands of people across the globe are using the 40 year old master cleanse diet recipe as a way to rapidly lose weight and detoxify their body all at the same time. It has unbelievably helped a sheer number of people over the years and seems to be the one diet and of cleansing recipe that has the ability to balance being effective and being non harmful to your body. This cleanse is also known as the lemonade diet, the cayenne pepper diet as well as the maple syrup diet, obviously because of its several main ingredients. In fact, the whole idea is to utilize these ingredients in order to wash the harmful toxins from your system and ‘reset’ your internal balance as well. Luckily for you the cleanse just so happens to double as an amazing weight loss strategy as well!
And of course for anyone who is not aware of what this diet entails, here is a brief overview. You may not realize it but many individuals actually have a large amount of toxins in their intestinal tracts. For weight loss, we recommend staying on the cleanse as long as you can, but if your desire for food gets the best of you, then you can stay on the cleanse half and half. You can eat one or two meals a day, and curb your appetite with the cleanse for the rest. That is exactly what the lemon juice will do, curb your appetite while the maple syrup provides you with enough nutrition to sustain your blood sugar levels throughout the day. It is safe to cleanse for up to 40 days straight!! Prior to starting the cleanse diet it is quite often helpful to set a start date and get yourself in the right mindset. You should take a laxative on the day before you start your diet to promote the toxin cleansing results.
It is good to drink one 10-12 ounce serving every 1-2 hours while on the cleanse. While on the cleanse diet you will not be eating any solid food items, you will just be drinking the lemonade mixture for several days.
The master cleanse diet recipe is made up of usually available household items. Ingredients used in the making of the recipe are organic fresh lemons, organic grade B maple syrup, cayenne pepper powder and filtered water. Today you can also use this recipe to make a full pitcher of the cleanse. I will also include a smaller recipe if you really want to make an 10 oz. glass size of the cleanse diet: 12 Tablespoons of Maple syrup, 12 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 60 ozs. of water. Now add all ingredients to a pitcher and start drinking the whole pitcher of lemonade mixture throughout the day.
For smaller glass size (10 ounces) servings use this master cleanse diet recipe:
2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, dash cayenne pepper to taste and 10 ounces of water.
