4 Ripe avocados, pitted, 1 Cup of fresh garden tomatoes, finely-diced, Cup of Vidalia onions, finely-diced, Cup of radishes, finely-diced, Cup of banana peppers, finely-diced, 1 Tbsp. of jalapeno peppers, finely-diced, Cup of fresh cilantro, chopped, Cup of fresh parsley, chopped, Cup of chipotle, finely-diced, Cup of red bell peppers, finely-diced, 2 Tbsp. of fresh, diced garlic, Cup of lime juice, 2 Tbsp. of fresh tomato juice (from the tomatoes that were diced), 1 Tbsp. of red wine vinegar, 1 Tbsp. of sea salt, 2 Tsp. of extra virgin olive oil, 1 Tbsp. of cracked black pepper, 1 Tsp. of granulated sugar
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mash the fruit of the avocados till a creamy mixture is made. Mix in olive oil, granulated sugar, red wine vinegar, as well as the tomato juice and stir nicely. Add the lime juice and stir till mixed in.
