The T-Fal Professional range includes a nonstick set that's induction-ready, unlike the set reviewed in the video. It does cost roughly $40 more at Amazon, but apartment-dwelling students and others relying on a portable induction burner for their stovetop cooking need to use induction-ready cookware. (Amazon will usually say somewhere on the item page if a cookware set is induction-ready or not; if one's heading to Walmart/Target/etc., just bring a refrigerator magnet along (if it clings to the bottom of a display-model pot, that kind will work on an induction burner).)
As to the popular copper-colored pans one sees in the "as seen on TV" shelves, Copper Chef appears to be the only brand that's induction-ready; if that's not a required feature, one can shop by price. Those deep-dish square pans which seem to be all the rage are a bit large for singles or couples, unless one wants to count it as a substitute for the Dutch oven in a typical cookware set.

The ELO pots and pans are made from the best stainless steel which is
18/10. The steel is polished and healthy for cooking. The lid is
designed to cover tightly while cooking which results in healthy and
tasty food. The handle is comfortable to hold and use. The pan has an
aluminum base which ensures even heat while cooking.

We bought this from amazon a few months ago and have been impressed with the no stick quality.  I will say that I noticed it's better to NOT use metal utensils as it tends to scratch the pans and the non stick becomes less effective.https://www.amazon.com/T-fal-Signature-Thermo-Spot-Indicator-Dishwasher/dp/B001167VIQ/ref=as_li_ss_tl?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1476994173&sr=1-6&keywords=t-fal&linkCode=ll1&tag=als12585-20&linkId=17d8093bae87a1f8afc411339095e253

here is what i have to say to the people using non stick crap

well the non stick crap skillets are made from two chemicals called Teflon (hence the brand name T Fal) and Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA)
Teflon and PFOA have the potential to be a health concern because they can stay in the environment and in the human body for long periods of time.

    Studies in laboratories.

Studies on lab animals have found exposure to Teflon and PFOA increases the risk of certain tumors of the liver, testicles, mammary glands, and pancreas . In general, well-conducted studies in animals do a good job of predicting which exposures cause cancer in people.
    Studies in humans

Studies in humans have found that people with workplace exposure to PFOA and Teflon have higher risks of bladder and kidney cancers.
The chance of having testicular cancer tended to increase as the level of exposure to Teflon increased. The study also showed a possible link to kidney cancer due to PFDA but this increase in risk was small .

    What expert agencies say

Several national and international agencies study different substances in the environment to determine if they can cause cancer. (A substance that causes cancer or helps cancer grow is called a carcinogen.) The American Cancer Society looks to these organizations to evaluate the risks based on evidence from laboratory, animal, and human research studies.

At this time, these agencies have not formally evaluated neither denied whether PFOA and Teflon can cause cancer.

Do they cause other health problems?

The major health effect linked with Teflon is the potential release of dangerous fumes from coated pans that are overheated. These fumes can cause flu-like symptoms in humans (a condition known as polymer fume fever) and can be fatal to birds.

Some studies have suggested that higher than average PFOA blood levels in humans is linked to higher than normal cholesterol levels, thyroid disease, and reduced fertility.

Bon appetit , enjoy your eggs, good luck with chemo and for the guys , i hope you are not planning on having (more) kids .
