Tasty Thai Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients For Fried Rice Recipe:

* 5 cups of cooked rice (better if old)
* 1 cup of chopped chicken sausage
* 1 ½ cups of shrimps
* 3 sliced spring onions
* 3 minced cloves of garlic
* 1 sliced fresh red chili
* Oil

Ingredients For Stir-Fry Sauce Recipe:

* 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
* 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
* 1 tablespoon of lime juice
* 2 teaspoons of sugar
* ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Directions For The Fried Rice Recipe:

1. Always remember that the best friend rice recipes are made from leftover rice. If the rice is too fresh then it lacks the same taste. Old rice ensures that the rice you use in your cooking recipe is dry, which makes your Thai Fried Rice taste so yummy.

2. Sprinkle a little oil over the dry rice and slowly go through it, making sure all the grains are separate and there are no clumps.

3. Mix all ingredients for the stir-fry sauce recipe in a small bowl and set it aside

4. Put 2 spoons of oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and add the garlic. Keep stirring for around a minute.

5. Slowly add in the shrimp and sausage, and stir-fry until cooked. The time it takes to cook the shrimp largely depends on its size, keep checking.

6. Move the ingredients to the side of the pan and add the egg. Scramble fast and mix with the remaining ingredients.

7. Add the rice and sprinkle all the stir-fry sauce over.

8. Stir-fry everything together and keep tossing. Make sure that the heats enough for the rise to crackle but now burn. Keep stirring for 2 more minutes.

9. Add the spring onion and continue for 1 minute.

10. Remove your Thai Fried Recipe from heat and taste. If you want it to be more salty then add around a teaspoon of the fish sauce and mix. If you want your food recipe to be less salty, squeeze some lime and mix.

11. Garnish with the sliced chilli and serve when hot!

Chinese Fried Quinoa

2-3 cups cooked quinoa
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 carrots, peeled and diced
½ cup frozen peas
2 eggs (optional)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sriracha (optional)
2 green onions, chopped

Tangy Thai Quinoa

2-3 cups cooked quinoa
1 red bell pepper, chopped
¼ red cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
½ cup edamame, cooked

1 tsp peanut butter
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
½ lime, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp ginger, grated
chili flakes to taste

Cheesy Broccoli Quinoa

1 cup quinoa
2 cups vegetable broth
1 crown broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 cup white cheddar, shredded
½ tsp paprika
salt and pepper

    ok, i tried the first one and it s good 🙂 I had all the ingredients, even already cooked quinoa from yesterday… I just didnt have any green onions :(, i bet it s even better with them. so thanks for the recipe! I already ate quinoa in 2 different ways in the past 2 days lol, so I didnt know what to do with it today. and there you were with these 3 wonderful recipes. I ll try the other two as well :))

    Somebody told me quinoa is a great alternative for white rice and being an Asian it is really unusual for me not to have that filling rice in each meal but white rice is proven to be gut bulging so I'm going to try the Chinese fried quinoa looks deliciously close to that of a Chinese fried rice so it must be good. Thanks for sharing this.

    I cooked the chinese stir fry recipe today. I used tofu scramble to replace eggs. Also, I used liquid amino to substitute soy sauce. it's really good. Thanks for the receipe.

    you can do a stalk at home instead of buying the commercials ones which has 60% of salt!
    its that simple : a carrot , an onion , a celery , a potato . and you can add other vegs too if you like
    cut them into large pieces put them with 3 Litres of cold water then on fire and cover them , check when they start to boil then put the timer for 35 Minutes.
    then thats it …. you can put the vegs a part and use your home made tasty delicious healthy ( Brodo ) Italian name :)

    Great recipes ~ I will try them all for our lunches. On the subject of brocolli: I get so annoyed that I can't buy broccoli with a stalk anymore. I love the stalk ~ either spiralized to make noodles or sliced to dip in hummus. Or grated in a salad.
