Good, but not great., July 8, 2016

I’ve purchased 4 pans of this line of cookware. I like the pans, but do not consider them to be ideal. It takes much longer to cook with these, because only moderate/medium heat can be used with them. Also, these are induction “capable,” meaning they can work on induction cooktops, but I have both induction and electric ceramic/glass cooktops, and these seem to work more efficiently on the electric than the induction. Due to the heat restrictions of these pans, induction cooking with them is apt to be a very slow process. All that being said, these are a bit more substantial than any other anodized nonstick cookware I’ve owned or have seen on the market, particularly at the bottoms of the pans. They are slightly heavier than most anodized cookware, but not so heavy as to be difficult to lift or handle, and have nicely designed handles and lids. I’ve only been using them a short time, but none of them have warped or bowed yet, so I’m somewhat encouraged by that, too, but will do an update should any of them do so. Smooth cooktops of all kinds tend to warp and bow most types of cookware, unfortunately, and only multi-ply heavy stainless or heavy cast iron is truly good at resisting that problem, but these pans might resist it a bit better than most other nonstick cookware does–at least I’m hoping so!

Love it! It’s a little smaller than the stock pots I am used to, but I find it to be a good size for 6-8 servings of soup. You can use very little oil in this pan because the coating is so nice.
