Sometimes You Just Have To Pay Why did I buy this very expensive spatula? Because I just could not find one of comparable quality that was strong and built to last. I realized looking at tools in kitchen and big box stores that I would be paying 20.00 and have an inferior tool that would do a poor job and quickly break and need replacing.
