My new favorite pan It’s All Clad and I love it. I’ve used this pan to sauté and fry and it works equally well. It is plenty deep enough so that it works well for pasta and rice dishes. I have an electric stove top but I still get even heating and no cold spots. All “good” pans have multiple layers which facilitates even heating and insures that the pan will not warp. This adds to the weight but the helper handle negates this entirely. This is a beautiful pan and you will enjoy displaying it…
