Emeril by All-Clad … But it’s Not All-Clad I wouldn’t do it, if I were you … although 99 bucks isn’t bad for such a load of kitchen swag. The problem is that the Emeril brand of All-Clad cookware just isn’t that good. It’s certainly not All-Clad quality. My mother has used one of the 8″ omelet pans for a number of years now, and the handle is heavier than the pan itself.
