The construction of these pots & pans far surpasses others in thier price range. T-Fal’s & Cuisanart competitive models are built with thinner steel & are no where near as sturdy as the Calaphons. View CommentMy pan seared chicken has never tasted so good. Fantastic! These are serious quality, I could not be happier. They are made of excellent durable material, cook evenly, and simply gorgeous to look at. The pots even have measurements engraved in them and small pouring lips for extra convenience, and the lids have steam vents built in to the sides. I have never been so impressed with cookware before. Best kitchen purchase I have ever made, worth every cent. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone.
