customer service craziness This item is a cooking pot with a lid. The item arrived without the lid so Customer Service ordered a replacement item for me. The replacement item arrived without a lid. Customer service said I needed to re-order, not ask for a replacement because the replacement order is “defective” and would always come without the lid.
