    This roaster is just right for my needs. It’s stainless, which makes it healthier than some other surfaces. It’s not heavier than all get out, so I’m able to manage it and its contents without needing to get my husband involved. It’s got a lid, which is great. I am able to fit two of these into my oven simultaneously, so it’s just the perfect size for me. I liked it so much that I have purchased two for myself, and I gave another one as a wedding present.
