Older version was MUCH better We bought one of these little pans several years ago. We use it constantly and it was always dirty. I got tired of washing it by hand because we couldn’t wait for the dishwasher. I finally wised up and decided to buy another one. (I did not buy it on Amazon.) When I started using it, I could tell something was very wrong. I called the company to ask. They said they had lightened it. That was NO IMPROVEMENT in my opinion.
