Well made Of all the things you need when cooking you’d expect this to be a common item. However, at my local stores I could not find one that was the right size and quality to replace the one that came with my Costco roasting pan. I was pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I needed at Amazon, and the price of this high-quality, All-clad rack was well within reason. I’d add that I would buy again, but they quality is high enough that I doubt I ever will need to replace it. Heavy gauge wire easily…
