Pathetic Excuse for an All Clad Product This is a smaller, lighter weight version of the original oval roaster which has been long discontinued. This one has a thick disc welded to the bottom instead of one-piece construction. This is not made of 18/10 stainless like the original, otherwise there’d be no need for the thick disc because it would be induction-ready without the disc. I’ve seen welded discs separate from the bottom of saucepans and frypans and this is just as cheaply made as that type of cookware. This is a poorly made…
