View CommentTop Notch Roasting Pan No buyers remorse here. I bought this at the outlet mall near my house. Having purchased All-Clad pieces previously I was fairly certain that this would be perfect for prime rib and pork crown roasts. I wanted a roasting pan that would brown meat nicely and this pan’s dark non-reflective surface is perfect.
