so far, very fine let me be the first, then…Just received the grill/griddle, and used it to grill 6 jumbo burgers.- surprisingly excellent searing, but takes >10 minutes to reach temperature- plates heat very evenly, judging upon the consistency of cooking all six patties- the non-stick grill plates cleaned up easily with a soapy sponge, despite having plenty of burnt-on debris left from searing the meat. View CommentExcellent quality as long as you understand that this unit does NOT have two flat griddle plates – only ONE flat plate! The description is technically accurate – it says two grill plates and one griddle plate but what that means is that only one of the plates is smooth – the other two plates are grooved. The flat plate also only fits on the right side, it is not interchangeable with the left hand grill plate. It has a full length opening between the grill/griddle plates that is about 1/2″ wide and the drip tray is directly underneath that opening. The plates remove and replace with equal ease.
