Cheap construction, don’t bother waisting your time. I was cutting a piece of cheddar off a brick of cheese and the handle of the knife broke. I cut through the rubber grip to see what was inside and I was surprised to see that the handle was plastic. It may seem that there should be a steel handle underneath the rubber grip, but there is only about 1/2 half inch of metal running down from the blade and up from the end with a hollow plastic tube connecting the two metal pieces. Thoroughly disappointed that I now have to return and buy something…
