Nice Pan I bought 2 of these and two Cuisinart non stick pans of the same size so I could make 4 Vietnamese Banh Xeo at a time. Which I did last Wednesday night. All the pans worked well, but these were less expensive and heavier, though somewhat less elegant than the Cuisinarts, which I think were $28 each. I will buy other sizes of this product line. View CommentLarger than listed, but good little commercial grade skillet This item was purchased because an 8″ pan was a bit too big for my intended use. 7″ would be perfect! It is actually 7 3/4″, not 7″ as listed in the product description and stamped on the bottom. On the other hand, it is quite thick, distributes heat well, and has a non-PFOA non-stick coating. It’s too early to tell, but I suspect the Eclipse non-stick coating will continue to release perfectly.
