Amazing utility knife. I recieved this as a gift about 3 years ago for my birthday. I am in the military and did a fair amount of barracks cooking and barbeques with the other people that lived in the barracks. This was my only knife and I used it for everything. View CommentSharp knife with a thin cutting edge that’ll cut through anything. Great all-around knife for smaller hands. Absolutely love the 5″ knife. Well balanced for my hands, with a thin and sharp edge that slices easily through anything. I have an old 5″ chefs knife that’s a Wusthoff Classic that I love as well and was looking for an additional knife in that size and sppoximate weight.
