View CommentOnce you’ve cooked with stainless, you’ll never go back … I purchased select stainless pieces to complement whatever pan set I had going at the moment. I knew that I wanted pans that would last for a lifetime and they have. The Duxtop are whole-clad, tri-ply and very high-quality pans. One thing I noticed immediately was that the tops and handles were riveted as opposed to spot welded. Mind you, mine are spot welded and haven’t fallen apart, but riveting will ensure that these pans will be around long…
