We recently constructed a new home with an induction cooktop. Surprisingly none of the high end cookware, even the stainless, would work. I’ve been researching induction ready cookware for a some time. The selection of non stick and induction ready is thin.
While visiting Sam’s club, we were introduced to the Berghoff professional series. Despite mixed reviews, we purchased it, for about 50% of a comparable All clad set.
    We are delighted.
As an example of the quality, I’ll say we prepared homemade caramel. The pan literally wiped clean. I’ve never seen this in any cookware, at any price.
Would advise buyers to pay careful attention to the care of these. In particular, “season” them before using in accordance with manufacturers guidelines. Failing to do so, could account for the shortened life some have experienced.

I just bought this set. I took the time to treat each pan as recommended. It’s fantastic! I cooked bacon this am and it didn’t curl up and get rubbery. The bacon lays flat in the pan! That’s never happened before. It lays flat and cooks evenly. CRAZY! I love this cookware!

Best. Cookware. EVER!!! Bought a small set at Sam’s Club on a whim, after using them for several weeks I tracked down the road show and went back two more times to buy more. (Sold all my high end stainless steel waterless cookware on craigslist.) Absolutely LOVE these pans! They are so much fun to cook with!
