Great wok and very universal,
I cook most everything in the wok. I use it to cook omelets, brown beef, stir fries, saute veggies, etc. I read somewhere the tip “hot wok, cold oil” […]. It works great. Heat the wok to cooking temp (or until it just starts to smoke a little) and then put in the oil/ butter and immediately add the food. When you do this the food does not stick. Clean up is a breeze using hot water and a clean rag (NO soap!!)and then immediately season with some olive oil. It only takes a couple of minutes. The lid is great too. Pan is relatively lightweight.
