After reading the previous reviews and reports of pans warping, I ordered one cautiously. Even though I was very careful to not heat it above medium, the pan warped permanently and so severely on the first use that it was no longer usable on a smooth top range. I returned it to Amazon for a replacement (thanks!) and the second one works flawlessly without any signs of warping.

So if you order one and it warps, you may want to try a replacement before asking for a refund.

This pan arrived in perfect condition. I’ve made grilled cheese, pancakes and hamburgers so far on it, and they turned out as expected. The nonstick aluminum works great. It’s a very well made pan; no flimsy cheaply made product here. I would definitely order this again, and recommend this pan.

This pan is a great quality square griddle! It is a solid weight but not too heavy. I love it for pancakes, french toast, even bacon – anything that doesn’t fit well in a round pan. It is easy to clean either by hand or in the dishwasher.
I would buy this again and again.
