This wok is so great! I returned the 13.5″ pan since it was too large, almost the size of a small childrens wading pool which was hard to fit on the stove! This smaller pan is PERFECT and makes a super delicious stir fry. The pan gets hot and really transfers the heat so that the veggies are perfectly cooked. I’m not sure exactly what the ferno ceramic non stick coating is, but I like it and it lets me use less oil. I’m sure a wok “traditionalist” would demand a seasoned carbon steel pan and scoff at a pan of…
