I bought this because we are constantly cooking griddle type sandwiches and other type of foods–where a larger lipped pan is cumbersome. We have all the other RR cookware and have been so pleased with the quality and results. The spatula is great too! We (also) have the RR utensils as well. We wanted to make sure to keep our cookware nice looking and non-sticky as long as possible.
This is the perfect size to cook up 2 sandwiches at once, or 4 smallish pancakes. Great quality nice handle, very lightweight. We use this almost everyday!
